Guest rates start at $17 per guest for events in 2026. The starting event price is calculated by multiplying the guest rate by the number of guests.

Complimentary cocktail setup is offered when cocktail service begins at least 45 minutes after our earliest arrival time.

The standard cocktail service features guacamole, chips, and salsa, with additional menu items available.

We do not set up or coordinate items provided by other vendors.

Tastings are offered once a month upon request for $15 per order. Each order includes 6 tacos with your choice of standard proteins and toppings on the side.

We do not operate a restaurant. Tastings are hosted at a licensed commercial kitchen.

We serve the Sacramento region and include up to 60 miles round trip from the kitchen with every booking. Events outside of this service area are subject to a travel fee of $2 per mile.

A non-refundable $300 retainer is required to reserve your event date, which will be applied toward your total balance. Our booking minimum is 50 guests or an $850 event minimum before taxes, fees, and applicable discounts.

From your first inquiry to your big day, we connect across 5 key moments. We start by sending your initial quote, reserving your date, then checking in two weeks prior to finalize your menu, and finally collecting the final payment one week out. On the day of your event, we coordinate directly with your designated contact.

In between these moments, we are always available via text or email for quick answers.

The final balance is due one (1) week before the event unless otherwise agreed upon, though clients are always welcome to make partial payments in advance.

To keep things convenient, we offer fee-free payments via Zelle, Check, Cash, and Trades/Bartering, as well as Debit/Credit Card and ACH options (fees apply).

For events with under 200 guests, gratuity is never expected but always appreciated. For larger events with 200 or more guests, a 10% gratuity is automatically added to the final contract.
